Where does your hair come from?
The best quality 100% human hair comes from India. It has the most universal look, feel and integrity.

Can you ship hair or product overnight?
Absolutely! If your order is placed by 3pm MST we can guarantee that you will receive your order the following day.

Can I color extension hair?
We cannot guarantee the quality of our hair if it has been chemically altered. We offer a wide range of colors and textures to meet all of your extension needs.

How long does your hair last?
With proper care and regular maintenance our hair should remain in good quality for approximately 4-6 months.

What is Remy cuticle hair?
Real Remy cuticle hair is the highest-grade human hair available and comes from one individual. The hair is sectioned and allowed to fall into its natural growing pattern. The hair is then cut and carefully sewn to maintain the natural cuticle direction so matting and tangling are virtually eliminated. Our hair is real Remy Cuticle hair.

What is the difference between Machine Weft and Hand-Tied Weft?
Hand tied wefts are made by tying strands of hair around a strong weaving thread, this process is done by hand. Our hand tied wefts are much thinner than machine wefts because of the precision involved, and lay flat on the scalp. Machine wefts are made by sewing strands of hair together with a hair sewing machine.

How many strands of hair come in our bundles?
20 strands per bundle

How many strands of hair do I need for a full head of hair?
Between 160 – 200 strands

Can I brush my hair with extensions in place?
Yes, but only with a recommended brush (a boar-bristle brush is best)

How do I care for my hair?
We recommend a Zuri care packet to keep your hair fresh and elegant.
